What have we already done ?

Our work can be split into three main areas :-

1. The Multi-Threader Shell

2. The Generic Thread Library
   
   223 threads in 80 ksloc
   
   
   
3. The Air Traffic Control Library
   
   57 threads in 14 ksloc
   
   
   

The largest multi-threaded process that we have built to date contained only 592 threads but we believe there is no reason why it can't handle many thousands.

Our initial goal was to acheive a 50% generic system.
However, our current demonstration system has already acheived 75%.
