Nonstop Full Triplex Systems

In a full triplex system all three of the systems are processing data and writing the results back to the other two systems before saving it to its own local files. All the important data files are triplicated across all three systems.

The use of such a system would be very highly specialised where a great deal of computational power would be useful. The air traffic control industry would be one example where the extremely high resilience and power would outweigh the triple i/o overhead.
